Your RiskCompass enquiry or order
Enquiry forms collect your name, work email and company. Role, phone, country and project context are optional. Annual orders also collect billing details, selected seats and payment method, and a record of your terms acceptance. We use these to process the order, confirm the service period and arrange billing. Enquiries remain nonbinding. Order submissions are subject to our order confirmation; no form grants an agent permission to access your systems.
Enquiries are stored in a private request queue. A notification containing contact details and a reference is passed to Poind's contact workflow. The form is not a secure channel for confidential portfolio data, credentials or sensitive personal information.
Company recognition
When a work-email domain is entered, RiskCompass requests company-name and logo information through Poind's lookup service. The lookup request uses the domain, not the full email address. Lookup providers and external logo hosts may process request metadata. Company recognition is not verification of your identity or authority to represent the company.

Website analytics — added 18 September 2026
We use self-hosted Umami analytics to measure visits to public RiskCompass pages, including the Energy Atlas. Analytics processes page paths, referring website domains, browser and device information, and approximate location based on the connection and proxy-provided location information. Our integration excludes URL query strings and fragments, email addresses, form contents and private workspace pages. It does not use advertising cookies or session replay and honours the browser's Do Not Track setting.
Customer deployments
Processing of private customer datasets requires a separate assessment of roles, access and the applicable data-processing terms. Please agree these arrangements with Poind before connecting or uploading private datasets. This website notice is not a data-processing agreement.
