Browser features and external resources
The website uses browser storage for company recognition and authenticated areas. Company logos and lookup services can involve requests to external providers, which may receive request metadata even without setting a cookie. Authentication features use the configured sign-in provider's session mechanisms.
From 18 September 2026, public pages also use self-hosted Umami visitor analytics without advertising cookies or session replay. The integration honours Do Not Track and excludes form contents and URL query strings. This notice describes identified features, not a complete audit of every page or third-party service. Company lookup cache
RiskCompass uses session storage under rc-company-v2-<domain> for a company lookup result. The frontend treats the result as fresh for two minutes. Expiry of that freshness period does not itself delete the stored item; the browser's session lifecycle and your browser controls determine when it is cleared.
Clearing the item may trigger another lookup. It does not delete an enquiry already submitted to Poind. Read Privacy at RiskCompass for enquiry processing.
