Data, models & their limits.

RiskCompass is developed and operated by Poind Intelligence ApS. This notice supplements the Poind product limitations and does not replace your applicable agreement. Licences, warranties, liability and remedies remain governed by that agreement and applicable law.

An asset record may contain published information, third-party data, customer inputs or modelled values. These sources can have different dates, coverage and confidence levels. A project appearing in a registry does not establish access to its live production, complete ownership history, loan documentation or verified economics.

Assess source provenance and availability for the assets and markets in your scope. Descriptions of global coverage are not a guarantee of complete or continuously updated coverage.

Debt-service coverage, returns, valuations and other financial outputs depend on the model, inputs, conventions and period used. A definition of cash available for debt service, for example, may differ from the definition in a particular financing agreement.

Check the model against the actual financing terms and use independent validation where required. Modelled thresholds and monitoring alerts are not legal determinations that a covenant has been breached.

Historical scenarios, sensitivities and projections show outcomes under specified assumptions. They do not establish the probability of an outcome unless a suitable methodology expressly supports that conclusion. Historical weather or market conditions are not guarantees of future production, prices or returns.

Do not assume a calculation includes tax, degradation, curtailment, grid constraints, refinancing, hedging or other asset-specific factors unless the model scope confirms it.

AI-generated explanations can be incorrect even when a numerical calculation is reproducible. Review material findings against the source data, model and relevant financing documentation.

Monitoring depends on the agreed data feeds, refresh schedule and configuration. A lack of an alert does not prove an absence of risk. Delivery, escalation and human review requirements should be agreed for the engagement.

Public content and demonstrations are not personal investment, credit, legal, tax or regulatory advice. No public demonstration is a recommendation to finance, acquire or dispose of a particular asset or financial instrument.

Reports and calculations are not automatically suitable for regulatory submissions, internal-model approval or a credit committee. The relevant team remains responsible for assessing suitability, undertaking due diligence and obtaining any necessary advice. A disclaimer does not override regulatory requirements that apply to the actual service provided.
