01 / THE GLOBAL RENEWABLE ENERGY DATABASE

The renewable world.
Project-level depth.

Explore existing and future renewable energy projects worldwide. Investigate development pipelines, operating assets and the organisations behind them. Connect ownership, equipment, resource conditions, infrastructure, PPAs and O&M in one continuously updated and enriched intelligence foundation.

THE DETAIL BEHIND THE DATABASE

From the first milestone.
Through the operating life.

Use the database to research a market, identify projects, understand a company or investigate an asset. No financial model or portfolio is required. Coverage and field depth vary by source, project and market.

01 / PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

See what is coming.

Location, technology, capacity, development phase, permits, project milestones and expected commissioning. Investigate the pipeline before a project becomes an operating asset.

02 / OWNERSHIP & ORGANISATIONS

Know who is behind it.

Developers, owners, operators, equipment suppliers, contractors and power buyers. Follow their roles and relationships across projects, rather than treating each company name as an isolated field.

03 / TECHNOLOGY & RESOURCE

Understand the physical asset.

Equipment and configuration alongside wind and solar resource context, production expectations and available performance evidence. Keep observations distinct from modelled values.

04 / CONTRACTS & SERVICES

Look inside the agreements.

PPA, EPC, O&M and guarantees: counterparties, term, scope, expiry and disclosed conditions. Where agreement detail is available, examine obligations and exclusions — not just whether a contract exists.

05 / SITE & INFRASTRUCTURE

See the connections around it.

Grid access, substations, cable routes, connection milestones and infrastructure dependencies. Distinguish a recorded connection from one inferred from proximity.

06 / OPERATIONS & HISTORY

Follow the asset beyond commissioning.

Production, availability, maintenance and service developments where source access permits. Follow revisions over time and connect a changing record to the evidence behind it.

ATLAS / THE PUBLIC GEOGRAPHIC FOUNDATION

A global landscape.
An explorable starting point.

The public Atlas lets you inspect the infrastructure around a site. The enriched project database goes further: development context, organisations, agreements and changes over time.

THE CONTEXT BEHIND THE SCORE

Not just where it is.
What it depends on.

A weak indicator needs an explanation. Connect the asset to its equipment, infrastructure, counterparties and agreements. Trace the evidence behind the assessment — then test how a change could affect the wider project.

THE QUESTION THIS ENABLESWhen something changes, what else needs a closer look?

Trace the relevant relationships, test the assumptions and inspect the evidence.

Illustrative model · Weather and financial links depend on your connected data.

Graph coverage & relationship evidence

The infrastructure graph implementation has global site records and regional component relationships. The public map’s worldwide component coverage is broader. Weather, contracts and financial results are not already connected to every mapped asset; this illustration is not a global live digital twin. A relationship is context for an investigation — not proof of a causal or electrical dependency.

Start with external intelligence. Add your own records when the question needs them — no ontology project is required to explore the public Atlas.

How the connected data model works

A shared model, not another folder.

An ontology defines projects, organisations, infrastructure and agreements — and the relationships between them. Connect external intelligence with your own records around the same project, with source references and access rules.

A milestone or term extracted from a document can be reviewed and linked to the relevant project. It becomes reusable context for the next analysis, rather than a passage someone must find again.

Context that carries forward.

The ontology organises the relationships. Memory can retain relevant decisions and context; reusable methods guide the next task. Agents can use that foundation to gather evidence and prepare reviews.

Agree source access, document extraction, validation and refresh requirements before connecting private data. Stored knowledge is not the same as retraining a model or guaranteeing a correct answer.

UPDATES, EVIDENCE & ACCESS

The record evolves.
Keep the context.

What changes in the database? +

New projects, revised milestones, ownership changes and new project evidence extend the picture. Publication date, effective date and latest review mean different things: recently collected information is not necessarily a recent event. Coverage and refresh cadence depend on the underlying source and dataset, not a universal real-time interval.

How deep do PPA and O&M records go? +

Where the evidence is available, connect the agreement to its parties, term, coverage, expiry and conditions. Detailed pricing, exclusions, guarantees or service events may require licensed sources or authorised customer records. A project listing does not imply access to every private contract or operating measurement.

Can I use the database without a portfolio? +

Yes. Market research, development pipelines, company research and individual project investigations are independent uses of the database. The Risk Compass, models and configured agents extend the work when you need assessment or ongoing monitoring.

Public Atlas versus enriched intelligence +

The public Atlas is a dated infrastructure snapshot, not a preview of every field in the enriched project database or its update feed. Dataset access and licensed-source coverage are confirmed for your subscription. The public map does not save private watchlists or run private analysis.

Exports, APIs and your own records +

Connect project documents, models and internal records where you have permission. Source access, matching, refresh requirements, APIs, exports and separately licensed datasets are agreed for the setup. Private integrations and agent configuration are scoped separately from standard annual access.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Start with the data you need.

Research a market. Identify a development opportunity. Understand an operating asset. Use the database on its own — and add analysis or monitoring when the question calls for it.
